4. Quotes and estimates
Comparisons and savings figures are estimates based on the information you give us. Final rates and fees are set by the provider after their own checks.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information, to upload only statements you are authorised to share, and not to misuse the site or attempt to access it in ways we have not intended.
6. Liability
We take care to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date. We are not liable for losses arising from a provider's products or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Intellectual property
The Rate Dropper name, logo and site content belong to us. Provider names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products we compare.
